SUPORT, the next-generation digital assistant platform developed by Sabancı University's Digital Transformation Office, has received a total of four awards at three different technology summits.
SUPORT, the next-generation digital assistant platform based on Agentic AI, is developed using the open-source "GLM 4.5 Air" model and provides instant access to reliable, sourced, and institutional information 24/7 to diverse user groups, including students, faculty, and employees.
SUPORT, developed by Sabancı University's Digital Transformation Office, has been recognized with four different awards at the IT Summit - Technology Captains, Future of AI & Cloud Summit, and IDC Technology Symposium & Awards.

About SUPORT:
Agentic AI-based SUPORT is a next-generation digital assistant platform, developed on an open-source LLM model, providing instant access to reliable, sourced, and institutional information 24/7 to diverse user groups, including students, faculty, and employees. Currently serving the seven scenarios listed below through MySU, SUPORT is accessible to 130 people. It will be available to all students and employees within the next three months.
