About Exemption from FDY Through External Exams

Dear Students,

The "home edition” and “online versions" of the external exam documents obtained from abroad, which provide exemption from the Foundations Development Year for undergraduate level students will not be accepted starting from the 2022-2023 Academic Year* (including the students who enroll in the 2022-2023 Academic Year).

In addition, the minimum score of the PTE Academic exam, which provides exemption from the Foundation Development Year for the undergraduate level, has been raised from 60 to 71, and the minimum score in each module of the exam from 59 to 67, starting from the 2022-2023 Academic year** (including the students who enroll in the 2022-2023 Academic Year).

**The minimum score of the PTE Academic exam, which provides exemption from the Foundation Development Year for the undergraduate level, submitted by the end of the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring and Summer semesters will remain at 60, and the minimum score in each module will remain at 59.
