Professor Jongwon Park, who joined Sabancı Business School in August 2026, has been awarded funding under TÜBİTAK's 2232-A International Fellowship for Outstanding Researchers Program, one of Türkiye's most prestigious funding schemes designed to attract internationally accomplished researchers to conduct their research in the country.
His 36-month project, "AI-Human Interactions: The Impact of AI on Consumer Judgment and Decision Making," will explore how artificial intelligence influences consumer judgments and decision-making processes. Focusing on the dynamics of human–AI interaction, the project will examine its effects on consumer perceptions, evaluation behaviors, and choices. The research is expected to provide valuable insights into the development of AI-enabled systems that better align with consumer psychology while contributing to the advancement of marketing research.
