Sabancı University (SU) and Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) have signed an agreement for academic collaboration starting in Fall 2024. This partnership will focus on joint research activities, publications, student projects, joint supervision of post-graduate students, joint applications for research funding, and seminars, as well as the exchange of researchers and students.
Additionally, the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at SU and the School of Engineering at WPI have launched the Global Project initiative. Under this program, WPI and SU undergraduate students work together in Istanbul, tackling unstructured, real-world problems. These projects are designed to deliver meaningful outcomes that benefit local sponsors and the broader community.
