A total of 2185 students from Turkey and abroad attended Sabancı University High School Summer Schools, which help students gain university life experience in a multicultural environment and determine their areas of interest.
Sabancı University High School Summer Schools were organized in 5 different programs this year, namely High School Summer School, Summer High School, English Language School with the contributions of the School of Languages, Applied Nanotechnology Summer School with the contributions of SUNUM, EFSUN, and Sabancı University, and Technology and Design Summer School with the contributions of the Creative Technologies Atelier.
Sabancı University's High School Summer School programs for high school students hosted a total of 2185 students from 18 countries and 45 cities across Turkey this year. In the programs designed for students between the ages of 13 and 17, participants received training on the subjects they were interested in while experiencing university in a multicultural environment.
This year, a total of 2,185 students from 45 provinces including Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Ankara, Antalya, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Bolu, Bursa, Çanakkale, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Düzce, Edirne, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Isparta, İstanbul, İzmir, Karabük, Kars, Kayseri, Kırklareli, Kilis, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Nevşehir, Niğde, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Tokat, Uşak, Yalova, and Zonguldak attended Sabancı University High School Summer School programs.
This year, a total of 63 students from 18 different countries including Germany, the United States, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, South Africa, the Netherlands, the UK, Qatar, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Greece participated in the High School Summer School Program.
