After 17 sailing trips, Su-Sail has become the first Turkish university club to sail foreign seas.
The first preparations for the trip, held between October 19th-27th in Southern Dalmatian Islands, date back to the European University Cup in May 2007.
After setting sail from the 2nd largest city and the charter center of Croatia, Split, the experienced fleet of 3 boats and 24 sailors have spent the first night in the little town of Maslinica in Šolta island.
A total of 110 nautical miles of cruising, and various mooring locations (such as the Islands of Vis, Pakleni and little bays of Hvar) later the crew returned home with lots of stories and serious experience.
