Our students received their prizes at a ceremony held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
The name of their project is “The World at My Fingertips.” The project aims to help sight-impaired people visualize the best-known landmarks and artistic works of the world. A team of volunteers will choose the landmarks to appear in the exhibition. Reliefs of these landmarks will be created, along with relevant information in Braille. Visitors will be able to explore these landmarks by tracing them with their fingertips, and receive more information about their history and significance. The exhibition will tour different cities to reach more visitors.
