The International Foreign Policy, Defense, and Security School, organized by the Istanbul Policy Center, will take place in Karaköy from October 20 to 28, 2025.
The program, directed by Prof. Dr. Alper Kaliber, is designed for graduate students and researchers seeking to deepen their knowledge in international security. Lectures by internationally respected academics will comprehensively cover mainstream and critical theoretical approaches to security studies, as well as current concepts. Furthermore, transformations in global and European security architecture will be discussed within the framework of traditional and non-traditional security challenges and threat narratives.
Applications must be submitted by October 5, 2025. Accepted candidates will be announced on October 9, 2025. Certificates will be presented to participants.
