Our Sabancı University Materials Science and Nanoengineering Program PhD graduate, Melike Nur Önder, has been awarded support for her project titled 'VANDAI' under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowship Program.
Our graduate Melike Nur Önder's project, "VANDAI: Van der Waals Architectures for Next-Generation AI Electronics," which was accepted with a score of 99.6, will be supervised by Prof. Sir Colin Humphreys from Queen Mary University of London and Prof. Caterina Ducati, Director of the Wolfson Electron Microscope Suite at Cambridge University.
The VANDAI project aims to create scalable pathways for low-energy semiconductor devices for next-generation artificial intelligence hardware and sustainable computing infrastructure.
