Nominations Open for the Extracurricular Student Activities Awards Ceremony

The nomination process has officially begun for the 2025–26 Academic Year Extracurricular Student Activities Awards Ceremony at Sabancı University. The ceremony, which aims to recognize and highlight student clubs, sports teams, and individual initiatives that contribute to campus life, will once again be held this year with its renewed concept and expanded scope.

During the process, student initiatives that embody the University’s motto, “Creating and Developing Together,” will be evaluated in line with the specified criteria.

This year, nominations will be assessed according to the following conditions:

  • The nominated club event must be approved through the Event Management system.
  • The nominated sports team or athlete must have approval from TÜSF (Turkish University Sports Federation).
  • Each club and event may be nominated in all categories; however, they may receive awards in a maximum of two categories.
  • A club or team may nominate more than one event in the same or different categories.
  • Only members of Sabancı University are eligible to submit nominations.
  • Jury evaluations will be based on the responses provided in the nomination form.
  • Explanations must be concrete and verifiable; additional documentation may be requested if necessary.
  • If no nominee meets the criteria in a given category, no award will be granted in that category.
