The first group of the Next Generation Human Resources Specialist Certificate Program, implemented in collaboration with Sabancı University's Executive Development Unit (EDU) and PERYÖN (Turkish People Management Association), has been completed.
The program aims to provide participants with the opportunity to build a strong network through the most up-to-date information provided by leading academics and industry leaders in their fields. The program integrates strategic processes such as talent management, performance evaluation systems, and OKRs with digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications.
Participants who participated in the Next Generation Human Resources Specialist Certificate Program, aiming to make a difference in the future of HR, received their certificates at the end of the 11-day training.
