Sabancı University student clubs have achieved a significant success in supporting young people's social responsibility and civic involvement-oriented projects.

Within the scope of the University Student Clubs Cooperation and Support Program (UNIDES), implemented by the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2025, 3 student clubs from Sabancı University were found deserving of support for their projects. In the 6th term of the program, 2 clubs received funding at the national level and 1 club at the local level, totaling 325,000 TL.

Among the supported projects, social benefit, education, and environmental awareness stand out.

The Sabancı University Theatre Club aims to bring disadvantaged children together with art through its "Theatre Play for Disadvantaged Children in the Black Sea Region: Garden of Dreams" project, which will be carried out on a national scale.

The Search and Rescue Club will contribute to educational opportunities in the region by establishing a library in a primary school in Hatay within the scope of the "One Book, A Thousand Futures" project.

On the other hand, the Outdoor Sports Club will conduct environmental cleanup activities in Aydos Forest with a two-day camp program organized on a local scale, and will provide participants with fire prevention training.

These projects developed by Sabancı University students once again demonstrate the potential of young people to create sustainable impact in different fields by acting with a sense of social responsibility.
