According to the results of the 2025 Young Scientists Award Program "BAGEP" of the Science Academy, 2 young scientists from Sabancı University have been awarded for their successful work.
The winners of the Science Academy Young Scientists Awards (BAGEP), given every year by the Science Academy to recognize and reward outstanding young scientists and to support them for new research, have been announced.
The young scientists from Sabancı University who have been found deserving of the BAGEP Awards for their successful work are Kristen Biehl Öztuzcu (Cultural Studies) - Ata Can Bertay (Finance). Within the scope of the BAGEP Award, 120,000 TL research support will be paid to young scientists in the first year for research expenses, and this amount will be increased according to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Cost of Living Index consumer inflation rate in the second year.
