The exhibition aims to introduce the works of eight visual art students from Sabanci University which will take place in FASS ART GALLERY from the 31st of May to 7th of June.

Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Visual Arts & Visual Communication Design graduate student Serkan Taycan nominated as the semi-finalists of the first contemporary art prize of Turkey, FULL Art Prize.

FENS/Manufacturing Systems Engineering junior student Murat Mustafa Tunç has been accepted for internship to the SIMTECH group within A*Star, Singapore’s national science foundation. Our student, who was selected as one of the 3 interns from more than 100 applicants around the world, has also been the first Turkish undergraduate student to be accepted to the group.

The Spring 2012 issue of ASCENT, the publication of the Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute [PCI] in the United States, featured the Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center (SUNUM) project.

SUNUM received extensive coverage in an article on advanced educational facilities constructed by universities worldwide.
