Sabancı University ARAMA Chair Oğuz Babüroğlu and Action Research Program Manager Pınar Akpınar received the Centre for Applied Turkey Studies’ (CATS) Network Grant from Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, SWP).
Oğuz Babüroğlu, Pınar AkpınarIn partnership with the Clingendael Institute (the Netherlands), the project will examine the ‘Africa strategies’ of Turkey and the EU in order to understand to what extent North Africa – more specifically, Morocco, Egypt and Algeria – could provide a venue for cooperation between the two actors.
