Sabancı University organized a joint workshop with Imperial College London, one of the top universities in Europe and the world, on November 2-3. At the event, held on the Tuzla Campus, important decisions were made between Sabancı University and Imperial College London regarding seed funding, student exchanges, and research collaborations.

Professor Yusuf Leblebici, President of Sabancı University, delivered a keynote presentation at the Consulate General of Belgium in Istanbul during the IMEC networking event “Converging Frontiers: ASIC Innovation at the Crossroads.”

The project titled “Geometric and Thermodynamic Analysis of Magnetically Charged Black Holes in Symmergent Gravity”, led by Dr. Beyhan Puliçe, researcher at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Sabancı University, in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. Ali Övgün from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU Physics) as the international researcher, has been awarded a 3-year grant under the TÜBİTAK 2515 – COST Action Members R&D Support Program.

Sabancı University students organized their first-ever clubs fair this year to raise awareness about the climate crisis and forest fires. The proceeds from the event were used to donate a total of 1,476 saplings to the General Directorate of Forestry under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Murat Germen’s solo exhibition 'Catharsis' continues at Belm’art Space in Ankara. The exhibition will be on view until November 16, 2025.
