Sabancı University Master's Program in Action Research and Transformation (mART) will organize the 2nd Sustainability Transformation Conference on December 18, 2024, to address how sustainability approaches in companies can be developed in a more holistic manner.
The conference, which will be held at Karaköy Minerva Han with the theme of “How Can We Achieve Integrated Sustainability?”, will provide participants with a common development environment so that they can manage their in-house sustainability transformation processes more effectively and transform these processes to include all stakeholders.
The event, moderated by Sabancı University ARAMA Chair Prof. Dr. Oğuz Babüroğlu and with the participation of Enerjisa Enerji, will bring together experts, managers, and academics from various disciplines to share their knowledge and experiences on sustainability and integrated transformation processes. The opening of the event, which will take place between 09:00-17:30, will feature speeches by Enerjisa Enerji Sustainable and Institutional Competencies Department Head Ebru Taşcıoğlu and Sabancı Business School Member Dr. Ozan Duygulu.
In the morning sessions of the event, brainstorming and group work will be carried out on the current state of sustainability transformation, and in the afternoon, concrete suggestions will be put forward on how holistic sustainability transformation should be carried out with group work. During these sessions, participants will not only produce information, but will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals in the sector and transform together.
