The directors of the Istanbul and Kocaeli Organized Industrial Zones visited Sabancı University on Friday, April 17. Also attending the meeting were Kocaeli Director of Science, Industry, and Technology İlhan Aydın, Istanbul Division Manager of Science, Industry and Trade İsrafil Yıldız, Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Vice Secretary-General Elif Bilgisu, and Kocaeli University Vice President Professor Nilgün Fığlalı.
Participants discussed the importance of university-industry partnership. The meeting was followed by visits to the Nanotechnology Research and Application Center (SUNUM), Collaboration Space and Information Center.
