Sabancı University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) Faculty Member and Istanbul Policy Center (IPC) Research and Academic Relations Coordinator Senem Aydın-Düzgit was found deserving of the "Pierre Keller Visiting Professorship in European Studies" Chair.
Senem Aydın-Düzgit, the current holder of the "Pierre Keller Visiting Professorship in European Studies" chair, to which Harvard Kennedy School invites an academic active in the field of European Studies every year, will teach the European foreign policy course at Harvard Kennedy School for a semester.
The Pierre Keller Visiting Professorship provides an academic with a deep track record and academic achievement in European Union policies and transatlantic relations with the opportunity to teach and conduct research at Harvard Kennedy School.
The Kennedy School provides Harvard's primary platform for engaging with policymakers in the USA and worldwide in the field of international politics.
With the invitation of Senem Aydın-Düzgit, the Pierre Keller Visiting Professorship in European Studies chair was given to an academic from a non-EU country for the first time.
