Sabancı University Bridge for Universal Humanities (SUBUH) Club is organizing the second International Iftar event, which attracted great attention last year! This year, the iftar, which will bring together students, academics, and alumni, will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 19:00 in front of the University Center.
The first SUBUH International Iftar, organized last year, hosted more than 500 participants and became one of the best examples of cultural diversity and community spirit at Sabancı University. Our President Prof. Dr. Yusuf Leblebici came together with academics and students at the event and emphasized that having iftar together strengthens the sense of solidarity and sharing.
SUBUH aims to be a meeting point where everyone can easily feel like they belong, and with the International Iftar event, it aims to bring together all the components of our university, build bridges, and meet at a warm and sincere iftar table.
SUBUH International Iftar is not just an iftar organization, it is an event that offers the opportunity to strengthen the culture of living together.
