Villanueva, KTH Royal Institute of Technology researchers Dmitriy Grishenkov ve Hongjian Chen and SUNUM Research Associate Merve Zuvin, was recently published in the journal Nature Microsystems and Nanoengineering, one of the best journals in the field of Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS).
