A member of Steering Committee for Council of Higher Education (YÖK) since April 2015, Hasan Mandal was elected as a member of the “Academia Europaea”.  Number of academy members from Turkey became 20, including Hasan Mandal.  Most Turkish representation at the academy is from Sabancı and Bilkent Universities, four members each.

The students certifying that they have passed one of the national and/or  international foreign language examinations at a level determined by the university are entitled to begin undergraduate programs.
