Sabancı University named the most entrepreneurial and innovative university in Turkey
Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Nihat Ergün: “Sabancı University ranks first on the University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Index.”
For the first time in Turkey, a “University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Index” has been compiled and announced at a press conference by Nihat Ergün, the Minister of Science, Industry and Technology. Sabancı University ranks first among the most entrepreneurial and innovative universities in Turkey.

The Sabancı University International Board of Overseers, composed of 12 global business and academic leaders, held its annual meeting in Istanbul.
As part of the Sabancı University International Board of Overseers meeting, a conference titled “Two Perspectives on Research in the Context of the Rise of Asia” was held on Wednesday, October 3rd at the Seed hosted by the Sabancı University Alumni Association – SUMED.

Sabancı University Gender and Women’s Studies Series 2012 continues with a training on “Ways of Man and Woman as Told by Men.” The eight-week module will discuss works of male writers and poets from different eras, countries and languages, and study how the ways of the man and the woman have been depicted in these works from a gender perspective.
The training will take place on Saturdays between November 3 and December 22, 2012, and each session will include an in-depth analysis of a writer or poet. Applications are open until October 19.
