The Book Arts and Calligraphy Collection, Painting Collection, Abidin Dino Archive and Emirgan Archive of the SSM have been digitally rendered as part of the project, and opened to access at digisu.sabanciuniv.edu .  A joint effort by Sakıp Sabancı Museum and the Sabancı University Information Center, the project aims to make a significant contribution to the cultural heritage of Turkey.  Information about collections and archives is enriched with more than 77,000 high-resolution images.

DigitalSSM is a great resource for academics, researchers, museum specialists, connoisseurs of Turkish and Islamic art, collectors, and art or history students in Turkey and around the world.  The collections have been scanned and archived in accordance with international standards, and the bilingual site uses CONTENTdm software for advanced search capabilities.

This user-friendly software supports several languages and multiple file formats, enabling users to browse the collection with keywords.
