Sabancı University became the first academic member in the SIAM (Industrial and Applied Mathematics Society) in Istanbul and the second in Turkey after METU.

Sabancı University Gender and Women’s Studies Center of Excellence (SU Gender) with the support of the Sabancı Foundation awarded teachers and teacher candidates in the field of gender equality.
