In an effort to support a safer and more efficient energy future, Sabancı University Istanbul International Center for Energy and Climate (IICEC) organized a webinar entitled ‘Datacenter-Grid Coordination for Sustainable Computing’ focusing on new trends and solutions at the intersection of energy and data.

Our new Data Science and Analytics Undergraduate Program will provide innovative education with an interdisciplinary approach in the field of data analysis, which is of great importance for all sectors and stands out among the professions of the future.

Sabancı University-FASS hosted Northwestern faculty members and PhD students in art history early this month, Sept.6th -14th. Onur Yazicigil, Christopher Colak, Ahu Antmen, and Kerem Ozan Bayraktar met with the visitors and organized panel sessions for their study visit in Istanbul.

The Sabancı University Sakıp Sabancı Museum (SSM) has opened its latest exhibition, Georg Baselitz: The Last Decade, presenting the works of renowned German painter, sculptor, and printmaker Georg Baselitz, one of the most influential figures in contemporary art. Supported by Akbank, the exhibition features pieces that reflect the artist’s extensive sixty-five-year career and will be open to visitors until 2 February 2025.

Assoc. Prof. Oznur Tastan has been recently elected as the co-president of the Machine Learning in Computational and Systems Biology (MLCSB) community, which promotes the exchange of ideas, interactions, and collaborations in computational biology and machine learning.  

Our president Yusuf Leblebici has paid an official visit to National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), which is one of the largest and most prominent universities in Taiwan.
