The 2025 Future of Jobs Report published by the World Economic Forum presents important data on the future of professions. The report, whose survey studies in Turkey were conducted in cooperation with TÜSİAD -Sabancı University Competitiveness Forum, reveals that the transformation in the labour market will affect 22% of jobs by 2030.

Continuing its activities in the field of nanotechnology as one of the "National Research Infrastructures", SUNUM - Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center - organizes its Nanotechnology Winter School for high school students between January 20 - 31, 2025. The online courses consist of two different programs, each lasting for one week.

TÜBİTAK's 1001 Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program 2024 2nd term evaluation results have been announced. Within the scope of the program, 5 projects from the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences of Sabancı University and 1 project from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences have been found deserving of support.

The project titled "The Relationship Between Age-Related Changes in Autobiographical Memory and Theory of Mind," led by Sabancı University FASS Psychology Program Faculty Member Çağla Aydın, with Onur Varol, a faculty member from Sabancı University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, serving as a researcher, has been awarded support by TÜBİTAK's Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program.
